Deborah Sandys

Deborah has extensive experience in all areas of Private Client work including tax and estate planning, drafting Wills and trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney. She has particular expertise in estate administration, whether there is a Will or it is an Intestacy, including advising Executors in respect of potential disputes alongside her litigation colleagues which provides a cohesive approach. Deborah provides practical advice on whether Probate is needed and offers a range of services to assist

She also has expertise in advising the elderly, and dealing with matters relating to the Court of Protection and the Office of the Public Guardian.

Deborah is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and the Private Client Section of the Law Society
